Have you had to fight for peace at Christmas? If you struggle with extended family problems like me, peace may not come easily. But you can fight for it and serve as God’s ambassador of peace by applying His Word this Christmas.
When forces within and without conspired to seize peace from my busy Decembers, I put on the armor of God to bring peace back to my family’s Christmas celebrations. It seems ironic to fight for peace, but I have learned from experience that peace always comes at a price, even in the very first Christmas (see Matthew 2).
In my past, broken families, conflict, and grief threatened to destroy the Prince of Peace’s birthday celebration. But I have learned ways to fight for peace, and I’ve shared them in my book, Christmas Peace for Busy Moms.
