My first Bible study, Christmas Peace for Busy Moms, will publish on October 28, 2016 in e-book format.
An online Bible study will accompany the book on my blog from November 1 through December 2.

The pressure to deliver a perfect Christmas can be enormous. Instead of bringing joy and peace, often Christmas brings stress to moms like no other season.
My 25-day study will bring peace to your Christmas this year. With spiritual guidance and practical help, you will walk through this season with the Prince of Peace.
Join me for five weeks of peace:
Week 1: Peace in my Heart
Week 2: Peace in my Day
Week 3: Peace in my Relationships
Week 4: Peace in my Surroundings
Week 5: Peace in my Holiday
The online Bible study will feature a wealth of ideas, weekly giveaways, and Fun Fridays with holiday recipes and winner announcements. Stay tuned for more details as the end of October approaches.
Right now I need your help with two requests.
I am also seeking beta readers who will preview the book and post online reviews right before the launch date of 10.28.16. My goal is to find at least 50 moms who will serve on my review team by October 1. If you are interested, please enter your email address below to sign up. Thank you in advance!
I am also seeking reader contributions for holiday anecdotes and tips. Follow my Facebook page at facebook.com/sarahgeringerwrites to contribute your stories in my 12 Days of Reader Tips for Christmas Peace, beginning tomorrow. Your answers may be included in the online Bible study!
For years I struggled to find peace in Christmas, even as a committed Christian. As a child of divorce Christmas often presented struggles. As wife to another child of divorce, Christmas often became a battleground, especially when our children were born. I became weary of Christmas carrying so much negativity and pressure. I sought Christmas peace and found it in the Prince of Peace, and through this book and study I want to help you with the lessons I’ve learned.
My blog posts in the next few weeks will tell the story of my Christmas memories, both positive and negative, in my journey toward Christmas peace. These posts will lead up to the book launch and Bible study.
I hope you will join in and comment regularly. So many other moms struggle to find peace at Christmas. Your words of encouragement could bring peace to another mom’s Christmas. I encourage you to think of ways you can share in this online gathering place!
Please share today’s post on social media with the tag #xmaspeace4busymoms. The more moms are reached, the more peace is promoted.
I will leave you today with these encouraging words from Jesus, the Prince of Peace:
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” John 14:27 NIV
I look forward to meeting with you and the Prince of Peace in the coming months.
Blessings to you, Sarah
P.S. Don’t forget to share this post with more busy moms who seek Christmas peace!
