For the longest time, I had an orphan heart. As a child of divorce, loneliness and turmoil were frequent companions. My present was so painful, I didn’t dare waste energy hoping for a better future.
After decades of struggle, therapy, and faith construction, I finally broke free from my painful past. Just this past year, I’ve learned to lean into hope and dream with God about a bright future.
